Cooking made easy Short Cuts, long ways if you choose and room to add your own tastes

I like to refer to the word to mean "that something special". Mark Twain wrote "We picked up one excellent word, a word worth traveling to New Orleans to get." Letters will include as often as I can something extra, so you feel special

Cooking made easy
I have been cooking for well over 30 years. I have lived many places and picked up recipes and cooking styles along the way. Not to put down any other location but the best food I have had or been served or learned how to make came from my years spent in southern Louisiana. I have seen great cooks spend hours preparing memorable food. I have spent many hours preparing meals for family and friends and even customers. For the longest time I have wanted to share my ideas and recipes with other people. I want you to feel free to share your ideas with others.
The idea has always been with me that cooking can be made easy. We are all busy and don't always have hours (some of us don't have minutes) to prepare meals. So why not create recipes with short cuts but still have head turning, wow this is good comments made, how did you make this meal! A twist on ingredients and shorter time, cooking made easy food. There is no food where I will tell you to open a can, pour and serve, no way! While I will share many great Cajun dishes, you will learn other dishes with a slight Cajun spin, and more dishes that are just plain GOOD! When I saw that what's old is new again, I set upon a Snail Mail Club to bring to you Cooking Made Easy through Cajun in a Can!
